wow

I went to The Return of the King last night. There are not enough words in any language in the world to express how great that movie was. The closest I can come is to say that it is the best movie I ever have or will see. If this movie doesn't win the Oscar for Best Picture, it will be the final piece of evidence to prove that the Academy doesn't know anything about what makes a good movie.

Another "wow" is what happened to me tonight. It was the choir's first performance in the new auditorium and it was amazing. The songs we sang were beautiful, especially "Send the Messiah" which is a church favorite. I can't wait to go back and sing again tomorrow morning for the Sunday services, even though I have to be there at 8:00 AM.

I love weeks like these!
