WOO! I'm so happy! We received word yesterday in choir that Mr. Frick (our choir director who is in the hospital and has been for over a month) is now doing much better. He may be able to go home next month! Apparently Mr. Frick was bragging about our choir to his doctors and nurses. He told them he directs "the best choir in the state". Also, yesterday we found out that one of the songs we will be singing for our choir competitions has the altos singing the melody! (for those of you who are not choir geeks, altos are the women who sing the lower parts of the music, and it is very rare for them to sing the melody, hence we rejoice!)

I have o say, this has possibly been the best week of my life what with Peter's decision, Mr. Frick's recovery and that beautiful song. I'm on a n emotional high that's gonna last for months!
