Okay, so I thought about it, and realized that having the same English teacher two years in a row seemed like a bad idea where my education and psyche were concerned, especially considering how glad I was to get out of Ms. Thomas' class last year. She's not a bad teacher or a bad person, but her rather eclectic style wasn't ideal for me. So anyway, I called Mr. Whitehead again (I'm such a pest!) and switched to a new and different English class:

Sadly I now have an IP at the beginning of the day, but I'll get over it. I'll probably end up going to the choir room and helping out Mrs. Bohart while treble choir is in there, which means I'll practically be in that choir, the only difference being, I won't have to go. Mwahahaha!
